Our orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.

We currently ship in the US and Canada.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking updates after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email info.lifewithacupofsugar@gmail.com for a shipping update.

Delivery times may be delayed during restocks, holidays, sales, and special promotions.

Please double-check your address when placing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us at info.lifewithacupofsugar@gmail.com with "Address Change" as the subject. Please note that we'll try our very best to make changes, but they're not guaranteed.

If your package can't be delivered or is returned to us, we'll contact you immediately. Alternatively, you can reach out to us to arrange for the reshipment of the product.

RETURN INFORMATION

RETURNS

We accept returns that meet the outlined return requirements. Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs may not be refunded. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Please email info.lifewithacupofsugar@gmail.com to initiate a return and for more information.

EXCHANGES

At this time, We are unable to offer exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect item, please return the unwanted item and re-order through our website.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product you believe is damaged or defective, please send an email to info.lifewithacupofsugar@gmail.com with any photos showing the damage. We will be happy to offer you a replacement product.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST? – We are not responsible for lost/undelivered packages. Once the package leaves our center (verified by tracking information) it is no longer our responsibility. If your package gets lost, you can try filing a claim through USPS/UPS or going through your credit card company to receive a refund.
